This draft explains how the Aly Farms website handles information. It describes the services that are actually installed. It is not a formal legal opinion.

When you place an order, WooCommerce stores the details you enter at checkout: your name, email, phone, country, governorate, city, and street address, plus the products and the cash-on-delivery choice. We do not take card numbers, because card payment is not enabled.

If you create an account, WordPress stores the account name and email you choose. Guest checkout is available, so an account is not required to order.

The contact form (Contact Form 7) sends your name, email, and message to infoalyfarms@gmail.com.

If you use the wishlist, YITH WooCommerce Wishlist stores that list for you.

WooCommerce uses cookies so the cart and checkout can remember your order. LiteSpeed Cache is installed and may cache pages to make the site faster. The site is hosted with Hostinger.

Google Site Kit is installed but not connected, so this policy does not claim that Google Analytics or Google Search Console is collecting data. Nextend Social Login is installed but is not offered as a login method, so we do not claim to collect social-network profiles.

Order records stay in WooCommerce so we can fulfil and review orders. Contact messages stay in the email inbox they are sent to. We do not publish a fixed deletion period. You can ask us what we hold by emailing infoalyfarms@gmail.com.

You may ask us to correct contact details on an order, or ask what information the store holds about you. Write to infoalyfarms@gmail.com. We will respond using the contact details you give us. This page does not invent statutory deadlines.

If the shop starts using a new payment method, analytics tool, or delivery area, this page should be updated to match that change.
