These terms describe how the Aly Farms website and shop work today. They match the checkout settings. They are a business draft, not a statute.

You may browse alyfarms.com and place an order for the products that are published. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or place an order with details you know are false.

Product names, photos, and descriptions are meant to identify the fruit we are selling. Each listing has one price in Egyptian pounds. Weight options are not offered unless a product page says they are, and none do at the moment. Prices can change before you place an order. The price at checkout is the price for that order.

Stock can change. If an item is no longer available after you order, we will contact you using the details you gave us. We do not promise a substitute unless we agree one with you.

An order is an offer to buy the items in your cart. We accept it by preparing it for delivery in Cairo or Giza. Guest checkout is available. You are responsible for a phone number and address where the order can be received.

The only payment method is cash on delivery. Please have the total ready in cash when the order arrives. We do not store card details, because card payment is not enabled.

Delivery is available only in Cairo and Giza. The fee is 90 EGP. Other Egyptian governorates are not offered. We do not publish a guaranteed delivery day or time. Fresh fruit should be received by someone who can take it in.

The products are perishable. Please read the storage note on the product page. Natural differences in size, colour, and ripeness are part of fresh fruit.

To ask about a cancellation before delivery, or a problem after delivery, contact us as described in the refund and return policy. That page does not set an automatic refund period.

We are responsible for fulfilling the order you place, within the delivery area and payment method above. We are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address or phone number, or by delay outside the delivery we actually offer. Nothing here removes a right that Egyptian law does not allow a shop to remove.
